Playground Renovation

Bixby Park, located in Paxton, Il., underwent a major renovation in spring of 2023 that turned the park’s existing playground into a space that better fit the growing community’s needs. The dated, sparse wooden structure was transformed to an area with updated and accessible playground equipment, spotlighting a team favorite: the Revolution Inclusive Spinner. Additionally, the All Inclusive Rec team relocated the new play area to be closer to the pavilion, so parents can enjoy themselves in the shade while their kids play. Bixby Park is now a prime spot in the community that exceeds kids (and parents) expectations with a fun, exciting, challenging environment for all!

We are very happy with Sam Lawson and his team at All Inclusive Rec. They turned our playground equipment from not much to look at, much less play on, to a playground that is now ‘WOW!’ The parents can now sit under the shaded pavilion and watch the smiles on their children as they play on the new equipment, including a spinner toy. We even ordered another piece, twice the size of the first one, for our main park, Pells Park!
